Short-term rental cleaning · Summit County, Colorado
What we do
A rental turn is a deadline with a cleaning attached to it. Beds have to be stripped and remade to a standard a guest photographs, consumables have to be counted, and anything broken has to reach you before the next party walks in — not after they complain.
That is the whole job, and it is the only job we do.
The standard between-stay clean. Kitchen reset, bathrooms sanitized, floors, glass, high-touch surfaces, trash and recycling out, thermostat and lights back to your settings, and a final walk-through with the guest's-eye view in mind.
Your linens or ours. We'll strip, wash, dry and remake with the sets you already own — or bring our own and take the used ones away, so the turn is never waiting on a dryer. Either way we track the inventory and tell you when towels are past their last good wash.
Paper goods, soap, dish tabs, coffee, trash liners, firewood, salt for the walk. We set a par level for each property and top it up every turn, so nobody arrives to an empty cupboard.
Photos of every room at completion, plus a flagged note the moment we find a stain, a chip, a missing remote or a hot tub cover someone sat on. You get it while the guest's card is still on file.
Shoulder-season resets between ski and summer: inside the oven and fridge, under and behind furniture, baseboards, vents, windows, mattress protectors, and the ski-boot corner that took a beating from January to April.
How it works
We come see it — in person, not from a listing photo. We agree on the scope, the linen setup, where supplies live and what “ready” looks like for your place.
We sync with most booking software — share your calendar and turns get scheduled automatically. Last-minute bookings and cancellations reach us the same way you see them.
Photos and any flags land in your inbox at lock-up. Nothing to chase, and a record if a guest disputes a charge.
A real local number, answered by the people who clean your property. No ticket queue, no offshore dispatcher.
A turn done right is invisible. Nobody writes a review about the towels being folded — they write one when they aren't.
Most owners we meet are not looking for a cheaper clean. They are looking for the one that doesn't fall through on a Saturday in December when three properties turn at once and the pass is closed.
We only take on as many properties as we can cover with our own crew, in our own county. When we say we have Saturday, we have Saturday.
